Welcome to our new website. It is not perfect, nothing is ever perfect. But that does not stop us trying. And it does not mean that perfection is not the objective.

Over the coming days, weeks, months, years and maybe even decades, we will be evolving and developing the website to be as good as we can get it. And then figuring out how to make it better still.

We believe the best approaches to drive steady and consistent productivity improvements is through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Of course, students of Lean and Six Sigma will know they have common heritages and these days they contain each other's tools and techniques.

We cover the full range of Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, or, to use increasingly common terminology, Operational Excellence. We have a long heritage in the applying continuous improvement in the Process Industries, but because of necessity we have had to ensure we understand the underlying principles to adapt and apply to a fundamentally different environment to the original automotive setting. We have become good at adapting and applying these tools and techniques to all sorts of different industries - from active ingredient production in pharmaceutical to NHS pathology labs, from bulk chemicals to soil testing labs, from deep mining to cooking chapatis.

One of the keys to success is a constancy of purpose - knowing the direction of travel and keeping on going in that direction over days, weeks, months, years and decades. And that is our intention with the website, and in providing services to our clients.
